TO TRANSFORM THE GUA MUSANG DISTRICT COUNCIL INTO A DEVELOPED AND COMPETITIVE LA BY 2015
In the past 10 years, the town of Gua Musang experienced increasing pressures of development especially in the housing and industrial sectors.
In line with the current trend and future development potentials, the Gua Musang District Council's vision is towards becoming a developed and competitive LA by 2015.
In addition, it will play its role as the main services centre for the district which has a complete and developed community size and infrastructural facilities. It will also function as a Centre for Administration, Trade and Industry for the Territory of South Kelantan, Kelantan.
MDGM Mission
TO TRANSFORM GUA MUSANG INTO A STRUCTURED, CLEAN, HEALTHY, PROSPEROUS AND CULTURED TOWN.
In realising the set vision, the mission must be formed or created because the mission is the determiner for the success of the vision. Majlis Daerah Gua Musang (MDGM) has set its mission to transform Gua Musang into a structured, clean, healthy, prosperous and cultured town.
This mission will help in the success of the set vision. By 2015, the Gua Musang District Council hopes to transform its administrative areas into a structured, clean, healthy, prosperous and cultured town; to be enjoyed by its residents.
